Pros:
- blazing fast, SATA 6Gbs
- no BSOD with new firmware
- nice sturdy construction
- looks great
- even the "stand-alone" drive comes with a blue 2.5"-to-3.5" bracket, so you don't need to buy one (but see Con)

Cons:
- the screw holes on the 2.5"-to-3.5" bracket are not in standard locations like they would be on a 3.5" hard-drive, this matters if you use a hot-swap capable case
- the screw holes on the bottom of the drive itself are some strange size (I think M2.5 maybe but definitely NOT standard M3 like other drives), again, this matters for hot swap trays, you need to use the Kingston-supplied screws

No BSOD with new firmware:
I bought this drive for a new PC build. I really like this drive. It's my 3rd SSD, my previous two were Intel brands which have been working flawlessly, so I was really concerned about the BSOD issues with all the Sandforce drives. First thing I did was upgrade the firmware to rev 332 (which shows up as 332ABBF0 on the drive after the upgrade). I've been running benchmarks of all kinds, stress tests, and playing Skyrim for over 2 weeks and not a single BSOD !! No issues putting PC to sleep (like others reporting here). No issues at all.

Benchmark:
On my system, with AS SSD Benchmark, I get 511MB/s SEQ READ, 295MB/s SEQ WRITE, and an overall Score of 747. It just blows away my previous generation SSD (which were SATA 3GB/s).

Bracket and screws:
A couple negatives about this drive is that the 2.5"-to-3.5" bracket that came with the drive, the holes are not in standard locations, so if you try to put the drive in the bracket and then put the bracket in a hot-swap tray (like in my Corsair 800D case), the power and SATA won't line up with the backplane! The alternative is to install it WITHOUT the bracket directly into the hot-swap tray, but then in this case, the bottom holes on the drive are non-standard and normal M3 screws don't work, you have to use the tiny screws that came with the drive (they look like M2.5 screws I think). Just a couple of little annoying things that a drive manufacturer should get right in my opinion, so I would knock it down a half star for this if I could.

Things to note:
- in my motherboard BIOS, I have the SATA port set to "Hot Plug" disabled for this drive - I read that this was causing BSOD for some people, so I disabled it
- in power management, I have it set so that the drive does not go to sleep when idle (although the system can still go to sleep just fine)
