What a great product! I purchased this subwoofer a while ago and just recently installed it and boy does it deliver. I am currently using the sub as part of a 7.1 surround system in my upstairs living room where my wife didn't want any speaker "clutter". After researching some of the in wall solutions I settled on the Definitive Tech In Wall Sub 10/10 and matching in wall sub amp 600 to power it. In my last place I was running a Polk Audio DSW Pro 550i which in my mind sounded great and I was a little leary about the bass that could be produced from an in wall sub. Well...after having just installing and hooking everything up...I can say this combination of sub and amp definitely deliver. Although it is a bit pricier than other set ups, I would definitely recommend it. The bass thunders from this sub and with only a screen in the wall to show where it is, it will surprise and unsuspecting guests when it is cranked up.
