I limit major home theater upgrades to once every ten years. That said, my previous Pioneer Elite VSX-37TX still runs great, although features have improved siginificantly. So, out with the old Elite, and in with the new Elite. This reciever is amazing! The nine 140watt class D amplifiers inside, of which I am running seven, truthfully only bearly get warm after running them hard for some time... wow. The audio sound stage detail is very crisp and distinct. And the video processing the unit can perform, is amazing.

I'm am more the fully satisfied with this purchase, and would do it again.
