This machine arrived packaged well and working flawlessly. I knew what I wanted, found it, ordered it, received it, and it is what I anticipated. Shipping was ridiculously fast as well. THANK YOU for a very smooth, problem free transaction. Sorry for a lack of details...I prefer Acer and Intel for a host of reasons and this computer fit my needs. I guess one of the big sellers for me was the space for four hard drives... Thanks again!

UPDATE--9/9/13: In the process of transferring data on the above mentioned machine, it powered down and then refused to turn back on. My IT guy attributed it to a "flaky" motherboard and told me to send it back. He said he sees it happen every once in awhile, so I contacted the seller and they took it back AND reimbursed me for my shipping. Once they credited my purchase back I turned around and ordered it again. Shipping speed was the same--VERY FAST and the IT guy has it now. The time lapse in between was my fault, not the seller's. I will look to buy from this seller again with any future needs. Thank you for excellent customer service!
